01
Maintaining common-area electrical installations
Common-area lighting and controls, accessible parts of distribution cabinets, intercoms and agreed access and surveillance systems.
For a new installation, see our video surveillance service. This work is agreed separately from routine maintenance.
02
How maintenance works
We agree on inspection frequency, fault reporting and response times. The manager receives records of completed work and recommendations for further repairs.
03
What the contract includes
Covered areas and equipment, inspections and included labour, availability, reporting and a monthly price. Materials, larger repairs and work outside the contract require separate approval. Additional measurements, testing and documentation are agreed according to the building’s condition.
04
Maintenance price
We determine it after inspection, based on the building’s size and condition, visits and included repairs.
It covers what is listed in the contract. You approve additional work and materials in advance.
Are you available 24/7?
The contract does not automatically include this. Reporting hours, response times and exceptional appointments are agreed separately.
Can we start with a single inspection?
Yes. After inspection, we recommend maintenance and identify larger works separately.
Who reports a fault?
The manager or another authorised person. Reporting and communication are agreed in the contract.
We provide a two-year warranty on completed work from handover. Manufacturer terms apply to materials and equipment. Additional work begins only after your written confirmation.
