Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

RADOMIR STANKOVIĆ PREDUZETNIK POSTAVLJANJE ELEKTRO INSTALACIJA FAZA ELEKTRO - NIŠ (MEDIJANA), trading as FAZA Elektro, controls data processed through this website. Contact info@faza.rs or 061 706 03 93 for privacy requests.

2. Data we process

• Information you voluntarily provide by phone, email or WhatsApp, such as name, phone number, site location, work description, timing, photos or plans.
• The website form does not send data to a FAZA Elektro server. It prepares text in your browser; data is transferred only if you open WhatsApp or email and send the message.
• If you allow ad measurement: ad-click and visit information, page and device data, approximate location derived from IP address, and clicks on phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser as faza-consent-v1.
• If you allow website analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages viewed, active engagement time, traffic source, device and approximate location using a pseudonymous browser identifier. We do not send form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses or free text from URLs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and preparing a quotation — steps requested before a contract.
• Business, complaint and tax records — contract performance and legal obligations.
• Website security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest with data minimisation.
• Google Ads performance measurement — only with your consent. We do not use remarketing or personalised ads.
• Google Analytics 4 — with separate consent, to understand visits and improve the website. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by the site hosting provider, Loopia for business email, Google for consented website analytics and ad measurement and Meta/WhatsApp when you choose that channel. These providers may process data outside Serbia under their own legal transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months from the last communication, unless a legal claim requires longer retention.
• Customer and work records: for periods required by applicable tax, accounting, consumer and other rules.
• Browser consent choice: up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
• Google Ads data: according to account settings and provider rules; consent can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings.
• Google Analytics user and event data: 2 months; aggregated standard reports may remain available longer. Analytics cookies can last up to 2 years. Withdraw consent in Cookie settings and delete existing cookies through your browser.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, applicable portability, object to processing or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@faza.rs. You may also contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at poverenik.rs.

7. Cookies and local storage

Without consent, we only use local storage needed to remember your choice. Website analytics and advertising measurement have separate choices. The Google tag loads only after at least one measurement is allowed. Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies. Ad personalisation remains disabled. Change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.

8. Security and changes

We use access limits, data minimisation and technical measures appropriate to a small service business. We update this policy when the site, tools or applicable rules change.
