An emergency visit outside working hours carries a 50% surcharge, and at night, on Sundays or holidays up to 100% — always agreed in advance.

If no work is carried out, you pay for the call-out and diagnostics. When a repair is completed, these are included in the labour price; materials are charged separately. The two charges are not added together. Several jobs during the same visit are assessed together.

Send a description and location. We agree on an appointment and call-out price. On site, we identify the cause and confirm the work price. After completing the work, we check it and issue an invoice.
If you plan to replace the wiring throughout an apartment or house, see complete installations and rewiring. We assess this work separately after inspecting the property.
Appointments depend on availability. We reply within one business day; we do not provide a permanent on-call service.
Before starting, we confirm a total or range based on the number and type of jobs. The call-out is not charged separately for each item.
Yes, if you can take it without approaching live parts, sparks or overheating equipment. A photo does not replace diagnostics.
We explain the findings and provide a separate quote. By agreement, the call-out may be credited towards a larger job commissioned immediately.
We provide a two-year warranty on completed work from handover. Manufacturer terms apply to materials and equipment. Additional work begins only after your written confirmation.
