We review documentation and the building. The quote defines work, materials, stages, deadline and payment. Routes and positions are coordinated with other trades before walls and ceilings are closed. Price or timing changes are confirmed in writing before execution.

Send available drawings, a bill of quantities, equipment specifications and the building’s current stage. We agree on a contact person, access and readiness for work.

Design and design changes, repairs and other trades, scaffolding and lifts, light fixtures and active equipment, extra visits due to an unprepared site and documentation outside the basic quote.
Yes. Before starting, we clarify missing information and discrepancies with the responsible party.
Yes. The quote states who supplies equipment, approves substitutions and is responsible for delivery.

We provide a two-year warranty on completed work from handover. Manufacturer terms apply to materials and equipment. Additional work begins only after your written confirmation.
