Choosing and installing an alarm system

After inspecting the space, we propose protection zones and a wired or wireless solution. We install and configure the equipment, check the system and show you how to arm, disarm and use it. Backup power and phone notifications are discussed before quoting; capabilities depend on the selected system.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an alarm as well as cameras?

Cameras record events; alarms respond to detection. They can be used separately or together.

Will I receive phone notifications?

With equipment that supports network or mobile communication. We agree on this before selecting the system.

Does it work without internet?

Basic functions can work locally. Remote notifications and control require a suitable connection.

How do I arm it?

Using a keypad, remote control or app, depending on the equipment.

What happens during a power cut?

A backup battery can maintain operation; duration depends on capacity and consumption.

Can it be expanded?

If the panel, power supply and wiring have capacity and new equipment is compatible.

We provide a two-year warranty on completed work from handover. Manufacturer terms apply to materials and equipment. Additional work begins only after your written confirmation.
